Ms. Pitcan is the founder/Executive Director of Promote CEO of NACTIP, a strategic business development communications and image management company that uses skills, ingenuity, insight, and connections to help them grip opportunities and manage their prospects. 

 

She leads the agency’s day-to-day operations, driving innovation, and development for its growth.

The NACTIP is a collaborative social business enterprise network comprised of women that connect business-focused manufacturers, developers, organizations, corporations, game-changers, and industry leaders across sectors.

She is a trusted counselor to CEOs, entrepreneurs, and organizations, and is sensitized to creating, enhancing, and protecting awareness and image. 

 

Ms. Pitcan has over 30 years of experience and dedication advocating for artists, creating and implementing empowerment programs for youth organizations. She has worked side-by-side with many community leaders, government officials, and corporate professionals in the United States and the Caribbean.

 

Over the last three decades she has served as an artist development specialist for many high-quality production arts, music, and entertainment projects.

 

As the founder of NACTIP, Ms. Pitcan intends to cultivate, establish and position the company’s reputation as an African powerhouse to service national and international clients across a range of sectors, including business, media, entertainment, technology, real estate, sports, healthcare, education, culture, crisis, and philanthropy.

 

To this end, she aims to build the company’s strength in media relations, expand its capabilities to manage communications and public awareness across traditional and digital platforms through the creation of online reputation management, strategic digital, content, and practices.

 

Ms. Pitcan’s unapologetic passion for a greater conceptual focus on global cultures is unending and naturally extends to areas such as world music, fine and creative arts, and entertainment.

 

In 1992, Ms. Pitcan founded and remains the Executive director of A Fe We Culture which focuses on the development of Caribbean and Caribbean-American arts and entertainment.

 

In 2011, Ms. Pitcan developed “Let’s Raise Them Up”, a global youth development project catering to the needs of at-risk children that seeks to direct medical and educational resources to empower communities specifically dealing with issues related to a higher quality of education, and cancer awareness.

 

In 2014, Ms. Pitcan was elected for a seat on the Board of Directors of Island magazine and serves as its editorial manager. She also has served as the Managing Directo of Restless Media, CEO of G CUED (Global Cultural Understanding and Economic Development).

 

In 2017, she had an opportunity to develop alliances for business between the USA, the Caribbean, and Africa which has resulted in a long-term business opportunity with endless possibilities including the establishment of NACTIP, Promote West Africa (PWA), The entertainment, Arts, Culture Alliance (TEACA) and Tactical Strategic Fashion Alliance (TSFA)

 

Since then, she started to develop substantial business interests, in various fields and exploiting ties with countries bilaterally, more specifically, in Africa and the Caribbean.

 

Ms. Pitcan is the driving force behind several initiatives internationally. Her expertise is in various arts, entertainment, event planning, and social development fields as project developer, producer, and director.

 

Currently pursuing NACTIP, A Fe We Culture, PWA, TSFA and TEACA projects. Ms. Pitcan relies on her knowledge, experience, and international connections in the industries across sectors globally putting together programs and events. This has enabled her new opportunities to successfully diversify over the years into new activities in the ever-growing and expanding world.

 

In collaboration with various professionals in the relevant fields and collaboration with other companies, over the years and currently, Ms. Pitcan has handled an eclectic “mix” of stand-alone projects and in alliance partnerships in different countries.

 

She is a strong supporter of many humanitarian programs and is especially passionate about supporting intervention, empowerment-focused personal health hygiene projects for underprivileged girls and women within underserved at-risk communities in various countries.

 

The projects include but is not limited to vocational, upskill, crisis intervention, counseling programs, and the supply of personal hygiene products sanitary napkins, and other related educational informational materials.
