Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence, Alpha Njie is a distinguished finance professional with over 12 years of expertise in accounting, strategic planning, and financial operations across public and private sectors in The Gambia, West Africa, the USA, Central America, and the Caribbean. As the Director of Operations and Global Liaison for the NACTIP Group and as Director of Accounting for Promote West Africa, he combines acute precision with an unwavering dedication to societal welfare and a robust understanding of financial management, due diligence, and internal controls. His leadership has supported pivotal initiatives in human welfare and anti-trafficking measures, reinforcing his reputation for ethical responsibility and cross-sectoral impact.

Alpha’s credentials include ACCA accreditation and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Development Studies from the Shaykh Mahfous Institute of Technology. As a managing partner at Finance+, a respected financial management and auditing firm, and a board member for The Global Advancement Development Alliance (GADA) and Tactical Strategic Fashion Avalanches, he is widely recognized for his rigorous standards and client-focused approach.

A co-founder of Promote West Africa and The Entertainment Arts and Culture Alliance, Alpha is deeply invested in community empowerment and sustainable development. His leadership in these eco-conscious organizations, along with partnerships with initiatives such as the Godsman Celestino Ellis Center for Garifuna Culture in Belize and the Afe We Culture Foundation in New York and Ghana, underscores his commitment to providing resources to underserved communities.
